On enrollment we collect the following information about you: -

Your name, your telephone contact number, your child’s name and date of birth, your email address, postal address and any other information you voluntarily provide. In addition, we hold details relating to payments made in respect of each 10 week swimming term.

How we use your information

We may use your personal information for a number of purposes, including:

To process and manage your swimming term fee
To deal with your requests and enquiries
To contact you in respect of swimming related enquiries
To notify you about swimming related events, including emergency closures and tuition related news
To record the progress of your child to our various groups within our classes

We only hold your information for the purposes detailed above and your information will not be shared with any third parties.

Protecting your information

The data that we collect in respect of you is held on our own secure network. We will not transfer your data outside of this network. By providing us with your personal data that we collect from you, you agree to the storing or processing of it as detailed in this policy. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

We will respond to you within 30 days of your information request.
